Manufacturing defects and problems

Failure to match agreed upon specifications 

• Return method and conditions: 

“If the product is in its original packaging and not used, we receive it from the customer, along with the purchase invoice and all papers related to the product, within a period agreed upon with the company.” 

• Method and conditions of replacement 

“The product will be exchanged within 15 days of the purchase, provided that all documents accompanying the product are available.” 

NB: 

The customer bears the costs of the shipping process in the event of returning or exchanging the product.
